COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 106/90 of 16 January 1990 on the sale by the procedure laid down in Regulation (EEC) No 2539/84 of beef held by certain intervention agencies and intended for processing within the Community and repealing Regulation (EEC) No 3435/89

(b) must be accompanied by : Article 3 — a written undertaking by the applicant to process 1 .
