COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 127/90 of 18 January 1990 repealing Regulation (EEC) No 73/90 applying the duty in the Common Customs Tariff to imports of fresh lemons originating in Cyprus

Regulation (EEC) No 1252/73, this rule remains in force until the quotations referred to in Article 2 (1 ) of that Regulation, adjusted by the convention factors and Article 2 following deduction of import charges other than customs duties, remain equal to or higher than the price laid down This Regulation shall enter into force on 19 January in Article 3 of that Regulation for three consecutive 1990 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
