COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 372/90 of 13 February 1990 introducing a countervailing charge on artichokes originating in Egypt

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3102/89 of 16 Oktober 1989 fixing for the 1989/90 marketing year the reference prices for artichokes (3) fixed the reference price for products of class I for the period 1 January to 30 April 1990 at ECU 78,83 per 100 kilograms net ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :
