COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 887/90 of 5 April 1990 on the supply of various lots of refined sunflower oil as food aid

Their composition must not be such as to be harmful to human health or to cause a change in the colour, taste or odour of their contents. Each drum must be fully leakproof. The containers must be stackable, with two flat sides, with an integrated handle and a sealed screw top. The containers must in turn be packed in groups of four in a carton.
