COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1635 /90 of 18 June 1990 closing an invitation to tender for the supply of cereals to the World Food Programme as food aid

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Article 1 Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 3972/86 of 22 December 1986 on food-aid policy and food-aid For lot A of the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 1413/90 management ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No the invitation to tender is closed . 1 750/89 (2), and in particular Article 6 ( 1 ) (c) thereof, Whereas, by Regulation (EEC) No 1413/90 (3), the Article 2 Commission issued an invitation to tender for the supply of 80 640 tonnes of cereals the World Food Programme as food aid ; whereas the conditions of the supply, as This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its regards lot A, should be reviewed and the invitation to publication in the Official Journal of the European tender for that lot should consequently be closed, Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
