COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1900/90 of 4 July 1990 abolishing the countervailing charge on cherries originating in Bulgaria

Whereas the present trend of prices for products origira ting in Bulgaria on the representative markets referred to Article 2 in Commission Regulation (EEC) No 211 8/74 (4), as List amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3811 /85 Q, recorded or This Regulation shall enter into force on 5 July 1990 .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
