COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2007/90 of 12 July 1990 fixing the export refunds on cereals and on wheat or rye flour, groats and meal

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : The refund on export to Portugal and the German Democratic Republic has not been fixed. Article 1 The export refunds on the products listed in Article 1 (a), Article 2 (b) and (c) of Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75, exported in the natural state, shall be as set out in the Annex hereto. This Regulation shall enter into force on 13 July 1990.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
