COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2068/90 of 19 July 1990 abolishing the corrective amount on the import of fresh lemons into the Community Of Ten from Spain (except the Canary Islands)

Whereas Council Regulation (EEC) No 3709/89 lays down general rules for applying the said compensatory mechanism and Commission Regulation (EEC) No Article 2 3815/89 (2) lays down detailed rules for applying the said compensatory mechanism ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 20 July 1990.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
