introducing a countervailing charge on certain varieties of plum originating in Hungary

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1523/90 of 6 june 1990, fixing for the 1990 marketing year the HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : reference prices for plums (3) fixed the reference price for class I, group I at 69,39 ECU per 100 kilograms net for the month of August 1990 and at 60,71 ECU for the month of September 1990 ; Article 1
