COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2639/90 of 13 September 1990 adopting interim protective measures in regard to applications for STM licences for milk and milk products lodged between 3 and 8 September 1990

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, the week in question and with effect from that week to suspend all further issuing of licences, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Cotnmunity, Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Portugal, and in particular Article 85 (1 ) thereof, Article 1 Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 606/86 of 28 February 1986 laying down detailed rules for applying the 1 .
