COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2714/90 of 21 September 1990 introducing a countervailing charge on certain varieties of plum originating in Hungary

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, days ; whereas the conditions specified in Article 26 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 are therefore fulfilled and Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European the countervailing charge on imports of certain varieties Economic Community, of plum originating in Hungary can be abolished, Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and Portugal,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of 18 May 1972 on the common organization of the market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 193/90 (2), and in particular the Article 1 second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) thereof, Regulation (EEC) No 2259/90 is hereby repealed. Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2259/90 (3), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2638/90 (4), intro­ duced a countervailing charge on certain varieties of plum Article 2 originating in Hungary ; Whereas for these varieties of plum originating in This Regulation shall enter into force on 22 September Hungary there were no prices for six consecutive working 1990 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
