COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2732/90 of 25 September 1990 abolishing the corrective amount on the import of fresh lemons into the Community of Ten from Spain (except the Canary Islands)

Whereas Council Regulation (EEC) No 3709/89 lays down general rules for applying the said compensatory Article 2 mechanism and Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3815/89 (2) lays down detailed rules for applying the said This Regulation shall enter into force on 26 September compensatory mechanism ; 1990 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
