COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3516/90 of 5 December 1990 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2341/90 fixing the yields of olives and olive oil for the 1989/90 marketing year

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, 1 . in Annex I, part 'A. Italy , '27' in zone 1 for the province of Messina is replaced by '22' ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, 2. in Annex I, part 'C. HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its Article 1 publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. Regulation (EEC) No 2341 /90 is hereby amended as follows : It shall apply with effect from 13 August 1990 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
