COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3594/90 of 12 December 1990 concerning the stopping of fishing for horse mackerel by vessels flying the flag of Spain

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, as from 8 December 1990 ; whereas it is therefore neces­ sary to abide by that date, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,
