COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3605/90 of 13 December 1990 amending certain import levies on live cattle and on beef and veal other than frozen

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, whereas that additional Protocol provides in particular for Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European a reduction in the levy applicable on imports into the Economic Community, Community of certain products in the beef and veal sector originating in and coming from Yugoslavia for a Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and first annual quota of 25 000 tonnes from 1 January 1991 ; Portugal, whereas, as a consequence, the levies fixed by Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3375/90 (*) should be 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market amended accordingly with retroactive effect for imports in beef and veal ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) from Yugoslavia, No 2248/88 (2), and in particular Article 12 (8) thereof, Whereas levies must be fixed having regard to the obligations arising from international agreements HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : concluded by the Community ; whereas account should also be taken of Council Regulation (EEC) No 314/83 of Article 1 24 January 1983 on the conclusion of the Cooperation Agreement between the European Economic Community The Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 3375/90 is hereby and the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (3) and of replaced by the Annex to this Regulation. Council Decision 87/605/EEC of 21 December 1987 on the conclusion of the additional Protocol to the Cooperation Agreement between the European Economic Article 2 Community and the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (4) ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1991 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
