COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3618/90 of 13 December 1990 reintroducing the levying of the customs duties applicable to the products of the CN code 3901 20 00 originating in Mexico, to which the preferential arrangements of Council Regulation (EEC) No 3896/89 apply

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
