COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3748/90 of 19 December 1990 opening, for the 1990/91 wine year, distillation of table wine as provided for in Article 41 of Regulation (EEC) No 822/87

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
