COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3757/90 of 20 December 1990 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1207/90 fixing the monetary compensatory amounts applicable in the agricultural sector and certain coefficients and rates required for their application

Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. It shall apply from 1 January 1991 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
