COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3761/90 of 21 December 1990 concerning the stopping of fishing for anglerfish by vessels flying the flag of Spain

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, as from 17 December 1990 ; whereas it is therefore neces­ sary to abide by that date ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,
