COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3775/90 of 19 December 1990 laying down transitional measures applicable to trade in certain agricultural products originating in the former German Democratic Republic
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, for extension of the period of validity of licences should waive entitlement for the extension period to the monthly export increases provided for in Article 16 (4) of Council Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 (3) as last amended by Economic Community, Regulation (EEC) No 1 340/90 (4) ;
Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 3577/90 Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are of 4 December 1990 on the transitional measures and in accordance with the opinion of all the relevant adjustments required in the agricultural sector as a result Management Committees, of the integration of the territory of the former German Democratic Republic into the Community ('), and in particular Article 3 thereof,
HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas the Commission adopted interim measures rela ting to the export, under specific conditions, of certain agricultural products originating in the former German Democratic Republic (2) ; Article 1
Whereas, in order to ensure the stability of Community 1 . This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
