COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3889/90 of 27 December 1990 amending and extending the periods of validity of Regulations (EEC) No 3044/79, (EEC) No 1782/80, (EEC) No 4121/88, (EEC) No 4033/89, on Community surveillance of imports of certain textile products originating in Malta, Egypt and Turkey

Whereas, by Regulation (EEC) No 1782/80 Q, as last Article 2 amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3928/87, the Commis­ sion established Community surveillance of imports of Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 3044/79 is hereby certain textile products originating in Egypt ; replaced by the Annex to this Regulation.

Whereas by Regulations (EEC) No 4121 /88 (8) and (EEC) No 4033/89 (9), the Commission established Community Article 3 surveillance of imports of certain textile products origina­ ting in Turkey ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1991 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
