COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 448/91 of 26 February 1991 adjusting the corrective amount on the import of cucumbers into the Community of Ten from Spain (except the Canary Islands)

Whereas Regulation (EEC) No 3709/89 lays down general rules for applying the said compensatory mechanism and Article 2 Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3815/89 (2) lays down detailed rules for applying the said compensatory This Regulation shall enter into force on 27 February mechanism ; 1991 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
