COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 481 /91 of 28 February 1991 fixing the export refunds on cereal-based compound feedingstuffs

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, feedingstuffs are being fixed, only certain products used in the manufacture of compound feedingstuffs for which a refund may be fixed should be taken into account ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,
