COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 715/91 of 22 March 1991 altering the export refunds on olive oil

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, 619/91 to the information at present available to the Commission that the export refunds at present in force Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European should be altered as shown in the Annex to this Economic Community, Regulation, Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/66/EEC of 22 September 1966 on the establishment of a common HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : organization of the market in oils and fats ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3577/90 (2), Article 1 Having regard to Council (EEC) No 1650/86 of 26 May The export refunds on the products listed in Article 1 (2) 1986 on export refunds and levies on olive oil (3), and in (c) of Regulation No 136/66/EEC, as fixed in the Annex particular the second sentence of Article 3 (1 ) thereof, to Regulation (EEC) No 619/91 , are hereby altered as Whereas the export refunds on olive oil were fixed by shown in the Annex to this Regulation. Commission Regulation (EEC) No 619/91 (4) ; Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the rules, criteria and other provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) No This Regulation shall enter into force on 23 March 1991 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
