COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 741 /91 of 26 March 1991 amending Regulation (EEC) No 463/91 and increasing to 75 000 tonnes the amount of durum wheat held by the Spanish intervention agency which a standing invitation to tender for resale has been opened

THE COMMISSION OP THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, agency put up for sale on the internal market of the Community should be increased to 75 000 tonnes ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 Committee for Cereals, of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the market in cereals ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3577/90 (2), and in particular Article 7 (6) thereof, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1836/82 of 7 July 1982 laying down the procedure and conditions for the disposal of cereals held by intervention agen Article 1 cies (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2619/90 (4), In Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 463/91 'of 35000 tonnes' is replaced by 'of 75 000 tonnes'. Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 463/91 (*) opened a standing invitation to tender for the resale of Article 2 35 000 tonnes of durum wheat held by the Spanish inter vention agency ; This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its Whereas in the present situation on the market the quan publication in the Official Journal of the European tity of durum wheat held by the Spanish intervention Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
