COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 874/91 of 9 April 1991 abolishing the corrective amount on the import of artichokes into the Community of Ten from Spain (except the Canary Islands)

Whereas Regulation (EEC) No 3709/89 of the Council lays down general rules for applying the said compensa­ tory mechanism and Commission Regulation (EEC) No Article 2 3815/89 (2) lays down detailed rules for applying the said compensatory mechanism ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 10 April 1991 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
