COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 989/91 of 23 April 1991 on the issuing of a standing invitation to tender (or the resale on the internal market of 5 000 tonnes of barley held by the Irish intervention agency

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, 5 000 tonnes of barley held by it in accordance with Regulation (EEC) No 1836/82. Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,

Article 2 Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the market in cereals (l), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) 1 . The final date for the submission of tenders for the No 3577/90 (2), and in particular Article 7 (6) thereof, first partial invitation to tender shall be 2 May 1991 .

Whereas Article 3 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2.
