COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1075/91 of 29 April 1991 fixing the import levies on live cattle and on beef and veal other than frozen

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, that the levies at present in force should be altered to the amounts set out in the Annex hereto, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in beef and veal ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) Article 1 No 3577/90 (2), and in particular Article 1 2 (8) thereof, The import levies on live cattle and on beef and veal Whereas the import levies on live cattle and on beef and Other than frozen shall be as specified in the Annex veal other than frozen were fixed by Commission Regula­ hereto . tion (EEC) No 1 06 1 /91 (3); Whereas it follows from applying the detailed rules Article 2 contained in Regulation (EEC) No 1061 /91 to the quota­ tions and other information known to the Commission This Regulation shall enter into force on 6 May 1991 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
