COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1248/91 of 13 May 1991 adjusting the corrective amount on the import of aubergines into the Community of Ten from Spain (except the Canary Islands)

Whereas Regulation (EEC) No 3709/89 lays down general rules for applying the said compensatory mechanism and Commission Regulation (EEC) No 381 5/89 (2) lays down Article 2 detailed rules for applying the said compensatory mechanism : This Regulation shall enter into force on 14 May 1991 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
