COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1389/91 of 27 May 1991 introducing a corrective amount on the import of cabbage lettuce into the Community of Ten from Spain (except the Canary Islands)

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3541 /90 (2) HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : fixed, for the 1990/ 1991 marketing year, the Community offer price for cabbage lettuces applicable with regard to Article 1 Spain (except Canary Islands) ; On import into the Community of Ten of cabbage Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 38 1 5/89 (3) lettuces (CN code 0705 11 10 and 0705 11 90) from Spain lays down detailed rules for applying the compensatory (except the Canary Islands) a corrective amount of ECU mechanism on imports of fruit and vegetables from Spain 7,32 per 100 kilograms net shall be levied. (except the Canary Islands) ;

Whereas, in the case of cabbage lettuces the offer price Article 2 for the Spanish product as calculated in accordance with the provisions of Council Regulation (EEC) No 3709/89 This Regulation shall enter into force on 29 May 1991 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
