COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1491/91 of 3 June 1991 fixing the maximum buying-in price and the quantities of beef bought in for the 46th partial invitation to tender under Regulation (EEC) No 1627/89

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, the tenders relating thereto which do not exceed 80 % of the intervention price should be accepted ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 of Committee for Beef and Veal, 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in beef and veal ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3577/90 (2), and in particular Article 6 (7) thereof, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
