COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1542/91 of 6 June 1991 introducing a countervailing charge on fresh lemons originating in Israel

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Regulation (EEC) No 381 1 /85 (6), the prices to be taken into consideration must be recorded on the representative markets or, in certain circumstances, on other markets ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Whereas, for fresh lemons originating in Israel, the entry price calculated in this way has remained at least ECU 0,6 Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and below the reference price for two consecutive market Portugal, days ; whereas a countervailing charge should therefore be introduced for these fresh lemons :

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1438 /91 of 30 May 1991 fixing for the 1991 /92 marketing year the reference prices for fresh lemons (') fixed the reference price for products of class I for the month of June 1991 at ECU 54,59 per 100 kilograms net ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :
