COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1609/91 of 11 June 1991 on the issuing of a standing invitation to tender for the resale on the internal market of 30 000 tonnes of common wheat fodder held by the German intervention agency

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, of 100 000 tonnes of common wheat fodder held by it in accordance with Regulation (EEC) No 1836/82. Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 Article 2 of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the market in cereals ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) 1 .
