HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 715/90 of

beef and veal ; whereas the amount of this reduction must

be calculated in conformity with Article 3 of Commission This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1991 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member

States .
