COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1789/91 of 24 June 1991 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1269/91 on the issuing of a standing invitation of tender for the resale on the internal market of 200 000 tonnes of common wheat of bread-making quality held by the German intervention agency

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Committee for Cereals, Economic Community,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the market in cereals ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) Article 1 No 3577/90 (2), and in particular Article 7 (6) thereof, Article 2 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 1269/91 is replaced Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1836/82 by the following : of 7 July 1982 laying down the procedure and conditions * 2. The final date for the submission of tenders for for the disposal of cereals held by the intervention agen­ the last partial invitation to tender shall expire on 30 cies ^), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No July 1991 .' 2619/90 (4), Article 2 Whereas the last partial invitation to tender under Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1269/91 (*), as This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1502/91 (6), should be publication in the Official Journal of the European postponed ; Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
