COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1790/91 of 24 June 1991 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1271/91 and increasing to 850 000 tonnes the amount of common wheat of bread-making quality held by the French intervention agency for which a standing invitation to tender for resale on the in termal market has been opened

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Committee for Cereals, Economic Community, Having regard to Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 of the Council of 29 October 1975 on the common organization HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of the market in cereals ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3577/90 (2), and in particular Article 7 (6) thereof, Article 1 Having regard to Commission Regulation (EEC) No Regulation (EEC) No 1271 /91 is hereby amended as 1836/82 of 7 July 1982 laying down the procedure and follows : conditions for the disposal of cereals held by intervention agencies (J), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 . In Article 1 'of 600 000 tonnes' is replaced by 'of 2619/90 (4), 850 000 tonnes'. Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1271 /91 (*), 2. Article 2 (2) is replaced by the following : as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1503/91 (6), opened a standing invitation to tender for the resale of '2. The final date for the submission of tenders for 600 000 tonnes of common wheat of bread-making the last partial invitation to tender shall expire on 30 quality held by French intervention agency ; July 1991 .'

Whereas in the present situation on the market the quan­ tity of common wheat of bread-making quality held by Article 2 the French intervention agency put up for sale on the internal market of the Community should be increased to This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its 850 000 tonnes and the last partial invitation to tender publication in the Official Journal of the European should be postponed ; Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
