COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1897/91 of 28 June 1991 fixing the amount of the subsidy on oil seeds

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas a supplement to the target price for 'double zero colza and rape seed was fixed by Regulation (EEC) No 1722/91 for the 1991 /92 marketing year ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Whereas the abatement of the subsidy for colza and rape seed which arises, where appropriate, from the system of Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and maximum guaranteed quantities for the 1990/91 marke­ Portugal, ting year, has been fixed by Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2509/90 (9) ;
