COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1929/91 of 2 July 1991 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1689/91 and increasing to 50 000 tonnes the amount of barley held by the Danish intervention agency for which a standing invitation to tender for resale on the in termal market has been opened

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Committee for Cereals, Economic Community, Having regard to Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 of the Council of 29 October 1975 on the common organization HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of the market in cereals ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3577/90 (2), and in particular Article 7 (6) Article 1 thereof, Having regard to Commission Regulation (EEC) No Regulation (EEC) No 1689/91 is hereby amended as 1836/82 of 7 July 1982 laying down the procedure and follows : conditions for the disposal of cereals held by intervention 1 . In Article 1 'of 20 000 tonnes' is replaced by 'of 50 000 agencies (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No tonnes'. 2619/90 (4), 2. Article 2 (2) is replaced by the following : Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1689/91 (*), opened a standing invitation to tender for the resale on '2 . The final date for the submission of tenders for the internal market of 20 000 tonnes of barley held by the the last partial invitation to tender shall expire on 25 Danish intervention agency ; July 1991 .' Whereas in the present situation on the market the quan­ tity of Barley held on the internal market by the Danish Article 2 intervention agency put up for sale on the internal market of the Community should be increased to 50 000 tonnes This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its and the last partial invitation to tender should be post­ publication in the Official Journal of the European poned ; Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
