COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1975/91 of 4 July 1991 altering the export refunds on milk and milk products

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, information known to the Commission that the export refunds for the products listed in the Annex hereto Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European should be altered to the amounts set out therein, Economic Community, Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Portugal,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 804/68 of Article 1 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in milk and milk products ('), as last amended by The export refunds referred to in article 17 of Regulation Regulation (EEC) No 1630/91 (2), and in particular Article (EEC) No 804/68 on products exported in the natural 17 (5) thereof, state, as fixed in the Annex to amended Regulation (EEC) No 1618/91 are hereby altered, in respect of the products Whereas the export refunds on milk and milk products set out in the Annex hereto, to the amounts set out were fixed by Commission Regulation (EEC) No therein . 1618/91 (3), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1698/91 (4) ; Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the detailed rules contained in Regulation (EEC) No 1618/91 to the This Regulation shall enter into force on 5 July 1991 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
