COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2138 /91 of 19 July 1991 determining the extent to which applications lodged in July 1991 for import licences for certain poultrymeat products can be accepted

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Article 1

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 3834/90 Applications for import licences for the period 1 July to of 20 December 1990 reducing for 1991 the levies on 30 September 1991 submitted pursuant to Regulation certain agricultural products originating in developing (EEC) No 25/91 shall be met : countries ('), (a) for 2,0781 % of the quantity applied for, in the case of Whereas Commission Regulation . This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
