COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2367/91 of 2 August 1991 amending Regulations (EEC) No 1147/91 , (EEC) No 1148 /91 , (EEC) No 1149/91 , (EEC) No 1150/91 , (EEC) No 1154/91 , (EEC) No 1201/91 , (EEC) No 1202/91 , (EEC) No 1203/91 , (EEC) No 1204/91 and (EEC) No 1205/91 opening standing invitations to tender for the export of cereals held by the intervention agencies

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 Article 2 of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the market in cereals ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) Article 3 of Regulations (EEC) No 1147/91 , (EEC) No No 3577/90 (2), and in particular Article 7 (6) thereof, 1148/91 , (EEC) No 1149/91 , (EEC) No 1150/91 , (EEC) No 1154/91 , (EEC) No 1201 /91 , (EEC) No 1202/91 , Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1836/82 (EEC) No 1203/91 , (EEC) No 1204/91 and (EEC) No of 7 July 1982 laying down the procedure and conditions 1205/91 is replaced by the following : for the disposal of cereals held by the intervention agen­ cies (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 'Article 3 2619/90 (4), 1 . The last partial invitation to tender shall expire on 25 September 1991 at 1 p.m. (Brussels time).'
