COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2488/91 of 16 August 1991 reintroducing the levying of the customs duties applicable to the products of CN code 3102, originating in Poland, to which the preferential tariff arrangements of Council Regulation (EEC) No 3831 /90 apply
