COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2524/91 of 22 August 1991 fixing the corrective amount applicable to the refund on cereals

Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are export refunds fixed in advance in respect of cereals shall in accordance with the opinion of the Management be as set out in the Annex hereto. Committee for Cereals,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Article2¶

The corrective amount referred to in Article 16 (4) of Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 which is applicable to This Regulation shall enter into force on 23 August 1991 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
