COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2591/91 of 30 August 1991 fixing the refunds applicable to cereal and rice sector products supplied as Community and national food aid

Whereas the general and implementing rules provided for in Article 16 of Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 and in Article 3 Article 17 of Regulation (EEC) No 1418/76 on export refunds are applicable mutatis mutandis to the above­ This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 September 1991 . mentioned operations ;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
