COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2656/91 of 5 September 1991 concerning applications for STM licences for cereals submitted on 2 September 1991 for imports of common wheat, barley and maize into Portugal

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Article 1 Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and Portugal, and in particular Article 252 ( 1 ) thereof, 1 .
