COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2683/91 of 10 September 1991 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2476/91 introducing a countervailing charge on fresh lemons originating in Argentina

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, duced in application of Article 25 of that Regulation is amended ; whereas if those conditions are taken into Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European consideration, the countervailing charge on the import of Economic Community, fresh lemons originating in Argentina must be altered, Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and Portugal, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 of 18 May 1972 on tHe common organization of the market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last amended by Article 1 Regulation (EEC) No 1623/91 (2), and in particular the second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) thereof, In Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 2476/91 , 'ECU 9,65' Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2476/91 (3), is hereby replaced by 'ECU 6,02'. as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2625/91 (4), introduced a countervailing charge on fresh lemons Article 2 originating in Argentina ; Whereas Article 26 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 This Regulation shall enter into force on 11 September laid down the conditions under which a charge intro­ 1991 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
