THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Regulation (EEC) No 970/90 (3), as amended by Regula­

tion (EEC) No 815/91 (4), Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European

Economic Community,

be calculated in conformity with Article 3 of Commission This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October 1991 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member

States .
