fixing definitively the aid for peas, field beans and sweet lupins applicable before 1 September 1991 for the 1991 / 92 marketing year

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , Whereas between 16 March and 30 June 1991 as regards peas, field beans and sweet lupins , the provisional amounts of the aid applying for July 1991 to February 1992 took account of the guide price, the activating threshold price* and of the monthly increases in those prices , applying in Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European the 1990 / 91 marketing year or proposed by the Economic Community , Commission to the Council for the 1991 / 92 marketing year ; whereas those amounts needed to be fixed subject to Council decisions since there was no regulation fixing the > activating threshold price for aid and the guide price and Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 1431 / 82 no regulation fixing the monthly increases in those prices of 18 May 1982 laying down special measures for peas, for the 1991 / 92 marketing year; field beans and sweet lupins ^), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1624 / 91 (2), and in particular Article 3 ( 6 ) ( a ) thereof, Whereas Council Regulation (EEC) No 1625 / 91 (6) fixes the activating threshold price for the aid, the guide price and the minimum price for peas, field beans and sweet Whereas between 16 March and 31 August 1991 the lupins for the 1991 / 92 marketing year and whereas provisional amounts of the aid applying for the months Council Regulation (EEC) No 1626 / 91 ( 7) fixes the July 1991 to February 1992 took account of the adjustment monthly increases in the activating threshold price, in the in the amount of the aid fixed by the Commission for the guide price and in the minimum price for peas and field 1990 / 91 marketing year pursuant to Article 24a beans for the 1991 / 92 marketing year ; of Commission Regulation ( EEC) No 3540 / 85 of 5 December 1985 laying down detailed rules for the application of special measures for peas, field beans and Whereas the amounts of the aid applicable provisionally sweet lupins (3 ), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) for the seeds in question should accordingly be replaced No 1906 / 91 (4); whereas the fixation of those amounts, and they should be fixed definitively, made subject to the decision of the Commission, was made necessary by the lack of a regulation fixing the adjustment to be made to the amount of the aid for the 1991 / 92 marketing year;

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2607 / 91 ( 5 ) fixes the adjustment applying to the aid for peas, field beans and sweet lupins fro the 1991 / 92 marketing year; Article 1
