COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3020/91 of 16 October 1991 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2665191 on the issuing of a standing invitation of tender for the resale on the internal market of 58 000 tonnes of barley wheat held by the Greek intervention agency

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Committee for Cereals, Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the market in cereals ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) Article 1 No 3577/90 (2), and in particular Article 7 (6) thereof, Article 2 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 2665/91 is replaced by the following : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1836/82 of 7 July 1982 laying down the procedure and conditions '2. The final date for the submission of tenders for for the disposal of cereals held by the intervention agen­ the last partial invitation to tender shall expire on 27 cies (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No November 1991 .' 2619/90 C), Article 2 Whereas the last partial invitation to tender pursuant to Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2665/91 (*), as This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2927/91 (6), should be publication in the Official Journal of the European postponed ; Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
