COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3138/91 of 28 October 1991 abolishing the countervailing charge on apples originating in Australia

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, the conditions specified in Article 26 (1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 are therefore fulfilled and the counter­ Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European vailing charge on imports of apples originating in Economic Community, Australia can be abolished, Having regard to the Act of Accession of Spain and Portugal, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 of 18 May 1972 on the common organization of the market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last amended by Article 1 Regulation (EEC) No 1623/91 (2), and in particular the second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) thereof, Regulation (EEC) No 2947/91 is hereby repealed. Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2947/91 (3) introduced a countervailing charge on apples originating Article 2 in Australia ; Whereas for this product originating in Australia there This Regulation shall enter into force on 29 October were no prices for six consecutive working days ; whereas 1991 .
